Please see if that your paper has the same typography as the specimen paper enclosed, whether you used the templates or not. The publisher will reduce your camera-ready copy to 75% and print it in black from your paper copy and not from the file. For this reason please check that the print is clear and of a high quality. Kindly also check that Graphics and pictures are of high resolution so that they appear appropriately in the final printout. The Official Grid of the Event will only be mounted with the final works approved and with their respective presenters that will be duly subscribed. The presenter is aware that his work can be scheduled from July 29 to August 1 2012. So you should reserve these dates, pending the official announcement of ABENDI with the date and time of your presentation. ABENDE reserves its right of not scheduling any sort of workers if their presenters are not subscribed in the event until May 30, 2012.
